Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on various digital marketing topics. This role requires in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, as well as excellent communication and instructional skills. The Freelance Digital Marketing Trainer will develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of different learners, helping them to enhance their digital marketing skills and knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

·        Develop and deliver engaging and informative digital marketing training sessions to individuals and groups, both online and in-person.

·        Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, to support the training programs.

·        Conduct theoretical and practical assessments to evaluate learners' understanding and proficiency in digital marketing.

 

Course Development:

·        Design and update training curricula to reflect current industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

·        Incorporate real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience and practical application of digital marketing skills.

 

Technical Instruction:

·        Provide detailed instruction on various digital marketing topics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

·        Demonstrate the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, guiding learners through practical exercises and case studies.

·        Address learners' questions and provide clarification on complex topics to ensure a thorough understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

 

Assessment and Feedback:

·        Conduct assessments and examinations to evaluate learners' competency in digital marketing.

·        Provide constructive feedback to learners to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

·        Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and learner progress.

 

Industry Insight and Updates:

·        Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

·        Share industry insights and updates with learners to keep them informed about the evolving digital marketing landscape.

 

Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·        Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.

 

Experience:

·        Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels and tools.

·        Proven experience in delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars on digital marketing topics.

·        Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.

 

Skills and Abilities:

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage training schedules and course materials.

·        Ability to engage and motivate learners, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.

·        Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

 

Physical Requirements:

·        Ability to conduct practical training sessions, which may involve standing for extended periods and using digital marketing tools.

·        Willingness to travel to different training locations or conduct online training sessions as needed.
