Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they are aware of company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Stay updated with HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a training or consultancy environment.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular office work and may require occasional participation in HR-related events or activities.
