Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will handle incoming calls, manage inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the training centre.



  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.

  • Provide information about our training programs, services, and upcoming events to callers and visitors.

  • Assist with the registration process for training programs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests effectively.

  • Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems, printers, and scanners.

·         High school diploma or equivalent.



  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

  • Good manual dexterity for handling paperwork, operating office equipment, and typing.

  • Ability to lift and carry light items, such as mail or packages.
