Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will handle incoming calls, manage inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the training centre.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Provide information about our training programs, services, and upcoming events to callers and visitors.
Assist with the registration process for training programs, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and carry light items, such as mail or packages.
