    Inspire Management Training Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.



    •         Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

    •         Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    •         Conduct orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they are aware of company policies, procedures, and benefits.

    •         Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.

    •         Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

    •         Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

  • ICDL Course Trainer

    We are looking for a well experienced ICDL Instructor to join with our team at Inspire Management Training Center. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    •  Demonstrates strong bias towards service excellence in all aspects of the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities.
    • Performs all assigned duties in a competent and professional manner.
    • Deliver IT related training to various batches of students that are being assigned to from time to time.
    •  Strong ability to present information and respond to questions from students
    • Ensure compliance of existing policies and procedures.
    • To carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


    • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college in IT/Computer Applications/ Hardware & Networking or any other relevant discipline.  Degree from any reputed university would be preferable.
    • Must be ICDL Certified.
    • Specific professional technical training and/or certifications in the area of hardware and networking is highly preferable.

    Job Experience, Qualification and skills 

    • 2+ years of Work experience in similar capacity with IT training and/or core IT infrastructure implementation/ maintenance environment preferable.
    • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, manage and complete training programs for students at various levels of knowledge ( from novice to expert).
    • Proven Hands on experience in handling networking labs with minimum and/or no assistance.
    • Strong understanding of training metrics.

  • Manager - Business Development

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Business Development Manager will oversee and lead the activities of Sales and Business Development. The incumbent will pro-actively explore new ways of reaching out to new businesses and creating new products to meet the dynamic needs of Inspire Management Training Academy’s current and potential clients.  


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    ·         Hires and trains regional and local Business Development Executives and Sales support staff.

    ·         Organizes and oversees the schedules, and performance of regional and local sales managers.

    ·         Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. 

    ·         Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.


    ·         Provides leadership to the BD & Sales team.

    ·         Motivates and encourages the team to ensure quotas and targets are met. 

    ·         Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

    ·         Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. 

    ·         Assigns priorities and sets quotas for sales teams.

    ·         Develops quotes and proposals for clients.

    ·         Develops goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

    ·         Works closely with assigned partner to define the top business development priorities objectives & to establish rock-solid measurement system for all major business development efforts.

    ·         Analyses CRM reports and designs timely strategies to boost business.

    ·         Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

    ·         Leads the negotiations and draw in resources from within the company to close the deal.

    ·         Builds the brand of the company in the industry, vendor, and customer community.

    ·         Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

    ·         Follows up with the customers to determine the degree to which the trainings/ services have met their needs. (These calls can also include asking for suggestions for improvement.)

    ·         Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.

    ·         Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

    ·         Prepares budget; monitors and approves expenses. 

    ·         Acts as company representative at trade association meetings, conferences, and BD events. 

    ·         Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Learning and Development Officer

    We are looking for an experienced L&D Officer to join our Inspire Team. 

    • In charge and responsible for the overall development, implementation and review of the learning, training and development framework for the Company.
    • Proven leadership in L&D and work in collaboration with the HR leaders, end users management and senior management to drive, implement and execute learning and training.
    • Leads, develops, implements and deploys the learning/training framework / programs for all employees that aligns with the banking industry.
    • Implements needs assessment for learning/training and development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
    • Ensures learning/training programs continue to evolve based on business needs and skill demands for different employee groups based on their positions and skills within the Company.
    • Reviews and enhances the learning policies and learning/training management processes for the Company.
    • Provides consultative services to the employees in regards to learning/training policies and procedures.

  • HSE Trainer

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provides training services to support the elements according to our client's requirements. Includes training related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and Risk.

    Conducts training needs analysis for employees when required, related to HSE Policy and Procedures. Develops, implements and conducts appropriate training programs to support identified needs.

    Assists in the development of appropriate mandatory HSE training matrixes for all employees.

    Maintains a documented inventory of HSE training including specifications, requirements, curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of HSE training is maintained against all employees and contractors.

    Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HSE training and develops appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.

    Identifies, implements and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training needs. Plan and submit budgets for appropriate Departmental spending.

    Support the development and implementation of integrated management systems. Ensure that HSE training complies with ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 requirements.

     Post-Graduate education in related Technical, Biological, Humanities or other similar qualification.
    • Recognized technical certification in Safety Management Systems

    • 8 years relevant experience associated with implementation of Safety management systems including exposure to international management system standards such as OHSAS 18000.
    • 4 years experience in a petro-chemical/gas processing environment working with employees and contractors including the delivery of HSE related training.

    Other, job related requirements:
    • Well developed communication skills, writing skills and computer literacy in the English language.
    • Accomplished ability in public speaking in the English language.
